middle school lacrosse athletic development program
(Registration form located at the bottom of page)
Parents, we’re excited to announce our Dodge City Middle School Lacrosse Athletic Development Program starting this December, a six-week training series designed to give your athlete the edge they need on the field. Each week, your athlete will participate in two, two-hour sessions where they’ll focus on the foundational skills that build strength, speed, explosiveness, agility, and lacrosse-specific movement.
Our program goes beyond the basics. Each session is crafted to enhance strength, rotational mobility, torque, plyometrics, speed, agility, and position-specific movement—with targeted work on dodging and/or defending the dodge. We know that success on the field is built from the ground up, which is why we cover every aspect of athletic development essential for lacrosse players.
To track each athlete’s growth, we’ll conduct baseline testing on the first day and final assessments on the last day. This will give both you and your athlete a clear view of the progress made over the six weeks, highlighting improvements in key areas and providing motivation for continued growth.
This program is about more than training; it’s about building confidence, skills, and a competitive edge that will last. Join us this winter to help your athlete develop strength, precision, and resilience to excel in their next season!
