How is this different from just watching training videos?
This is coaching, not just content. Your athlete gets structured training plus personalized rep and in-game clip breakdowns, and live 1-on-1 sessions with Coach Roe.
How do clip breakdown submissions work?
Your athlete submits training clips or game footage through the app. Coach Roe reviews the clips and returns clear, actionable feedback focused on decision-making, technique, and game awareness.
How much time per week does my athlete need?
Most athletes train 2 to 5 days per week depending on the plan. Sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes.
What equipment do we need?
A stick, a few balls, and a small training space. Many drills work in a driveway, backyard, or indoor space with a wall.
Will this conflict with team or club practice?
No. DCL Virtual Training is designed to complement team and club training so athletes get more out of the work they already do.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans?
